  • Jeff McCombs
    M.Ed., LPC, Owner, President

    Jefferson McCombs, M.Ed., LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Clinically Certified Forensic Counselor, Clinically Certified Domestic Violence Counselor, Certified Criminal Justice Substance Abuse Examiner, a licensed IMAGO therapist and trained in EMDR therapy. He began his counseling career in 1975 and has been committed to and working in our community since that time. His broad span of work with families in our area stretches from working with the local Mental Health Department and the Department of Social Services, to serving the students, staff and parents of the Kannapolis City, Rowan-Salisbury and Cabarrus County School Systems. Jeff is available for individual, relationship, family and group counseling. He is also available to conduct training and workshops on numerous topics.

  • Beth Arrigo
    Ph.D

    Dr. Beth Arrigo has practiced psychotherapy for 30 years. She has experience with a wide range of issues. She has extensive training in mindfulness based cognitive behavioral therapy and utilizes that approach most often. She finds that she is able to connect with a wide range of clients and issues due to her many years of practice. She considers it an honor and a privilege to assist people to meet their goals and make any life adjustments they bring.

    She has training and experience in hypnotherapy, mindfulness based cognitive behavior therapy, psycho-neuroimmunology (treating psychologically based or involved medical conditions) and relaxation training, yoga for behavioral health, and complex trauma. In addition, she has experience and training treating substance abuse. She works with individuals, couples, adolescents, and adults.

    She was trained in existential phenomenology at a Catholic University which emphasized the philosophical and spiritual dimensions of human behavior. She practices from the heart, informed by spiritual considerations and of course, psychological research.

  • Sarah Bolme
    MSW, LCSW

    Sarah Bolme, MSW, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with three decades of experience providing mental health counseling services. She works with adults and teenagers. Sarah has extensive experience in treating mood disorders including anxiety and depression, trauma, and relational issues using a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Rational Emotive Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Systems Theory.

  • Greg Johnson
    MSW, LCSW

    Gregory Johnson has been a Certified Social Worker/Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 28 years with experience working with children, families, and adults who have emotional and behavioral concerns. He has experience in providing individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents and adults in outpatient and inpatient settings. He has specialized training in helping clients and families with oppositional/defiance concerns, HIV/AIDS, depressive disorders, gender identity issues, transgender issues, marital concerns, domestic violence, and post traumatic stress disorder. He is currently available to provide counseling to adult individuals, couples and youth ages 17 and older.

  • Ralph Covington
    CAS, NCC, DCC, LPC

    Ralph Covington is a nationally certified counselor who holds a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling, a Certificate of Advanced Studies and is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. He has more than forty years of experience in the fields of counseling, education, visual and theater arts. He has won numerous awards including NC School Counselor of the Year, Terry Sanford Award for Creativity in Teaching and Honorable Mention as National Counselor of the Year. Ralph’s specialties include working with adults, couples, sexual minorities, and those with anxiety, depression, trauma, alcohol and other substance abuse issues. He uses several therapeutic techniques including Rational Emotive Therapy and IMAGO Therapy.

    HELLO! Welcome to the NO JUDGEMENT ZONE! I am Siedah Martin, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I believe that no one is beyond help if they are willing to show up. I am passionate about helping professionals rediscover their power using EMDR therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, self-care, boundaries, self-love, and a variety of person-centered therapeutic modalities. I have over 14 years of experience helping individuals and families from various walks of life identify and implement positive and effective interventions with hopes of reaching desired goals. I am here to help you define and become the best version of yourself.

    My passion in this work comes from guiding individuals, couples and families toward life goals, healing, growth, and self-discovery. I combine various modalities tailored to address hindrances and increase momentum in your life. I welcome children, adolescents, teens, and adults as well as couples and families.

    I specialize in depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, life-adjustments, developmental delays, ADHD, autism and more. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused, Art and Play Therapies and several other counseling methods tailored to meet your needs.

    I work with clients to identify their needs and collaborate together to meet their goals. I provide a respectful space of acceptance to explore ways to shape your life into the one that best supports your needs.     I earned my Masters degree in Social Work from New York University and have 12 years private practice experience. I am a Licensed School Social Worker as well Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate here in NC.
